Bisexual Awareness Week
Beyond the Binary is an LGBT Resource Center annual awareness week dedicated to educating about and celebrating non-monosexual and other intersecting identities during the week of January 23rd - 27th, 2012. Events during this week include a social visibility kickoff, keynote speaker, panels and workshops, Safe-Zone training, and a Bi Visibility Project closed non-monosexual discussion. An all-day gallery event that displays histories and present day stories of bisexual and non-monosexual people around the world. View pictures of bisexual people living in places such as India and Switzerland. Read personal letters of bi and non-mon people of color experiences in America. Read articles on the histories of bisexuality in Ancient Greece and Japan and so much more!
Bi’s in Sci-Fi!

The LGBTRC is proud to host and welcome Adrienne Williams -- the Founder, Producer and Publisher of Bi Social Network (AJW Media), the first entertainment, interactive bisexual network dealing with sexuality for the bi community. Bi Social Network focus is on bisexual men, women, teens and social issues surrounding the myths of bisexuality (biphobia) in all communities. Adrienne Williams will speak on the intersections of bisexuality, media, social justice and ethnicity.
